Sparks Hammers Mod adds hammers and modified shovels called excavators in the sandbox video game Minecraft. The hammers and excavators are pickaxes and shovels but with better speed and durability. The mod’s default sets the speed of hammers to be 60% faster than vanilla pickaxes, and the excavators are 600% more efficient than ordinary shovels.
Regular pickaxes existing in vanilla Minecraft can only crush one block. The standard hammers are more efficient since they can break the 3×3 area surrounding the block you hit. You can craft regular hammers like the Wooden, Stone, Iron, Gold, and Diamond Hammer using the recipes provided in the mod. Take note that only the blocks with equal or lesser hardness compared to the block you hit will be affected by the hammer’s effect. Regular excavators are for digging and have the same effect as regular hammers. Aside from the standard hammers and excavators, special hammers are also included in this mod.

How to Install Sparks Hammers Mod
- Ensure you have already downloaded and installed the Minecraft Forge mod loader.
- Download the mod on this web page.
- Find the Minecraft directory folder (.minecraft).
- Place the mod file you downloaded; you will have only drop (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- While you launch Minecraft and click on the mods button, you need to see now the mod is put in.
