Waila Harvestability Mod is a simple but quite handy mod to install. It is an add-on to the Waila mod created by squeek502. While it does not deliver additional items into the game, it does help players with harvesting. The mod implements a dialog box that displays information about a specific block. It lets the player know if the block can be harvested or not. In addition to this, it also shows other vital information needed to process a harvestable block. It makes harvesting much more manageable as players will no longer have to try out different tools until they find one that works.
Waila Harvestability Mod provides details such as whether the block is currently harvestable. It also suggests the most effective tool to mine the resource available in the block. For example, a dialog box for a diamond block will show that the harvest level is Redstone and suggest that a pickaxe is used to harvest the resource. Other options available with the mod that can be configured with the Waila configuration screen include whether the box will show when the player is sneaking, which blocks the box will be displayed on and what details will be shown in the box.

How to Install Waila Harvestability Mod
- Ensure you have already downloaded and installed the Minecraft Forge mod loader.
- Download the mod on this web page.
- Find the Minecraft directory folder (.minecraft).
- Place the mod file you downloaded; you will have only drop (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- While you launch Minecraft and click on the mods button, you need to see now the mod is put in.
